Apparently, after the 23rd March 1995, China is, and somehow in fact, being hit by the nuclear armageddon 3 days after the Aum Shinrikyo took over, with cities like Shanghai, Tianjin, Beijing, and etc being the targets.
And I'm sure that the remnants of the Communist China would probably moved the capital to Ya'an.... somehow, IDK.

In this timeline, Amanda Seyfried, Keira Knightley, Anna Kendrick and Gal Gadot, who were born in 1985, may have died in a nuclear strike.
In addition, Josh Hutcherson, who was 3 years old at the time, AnnaSophia Robb, who was 2 years old, Dylan O'Brien, who was born in 1991, and Kristen Stewart, Jennifer Lawrence, and Emma Watson, who were born in 1990, could not have survived in this timeline. In addition, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Jessica Alba and Natalie Portman, who were less than 14 years old at the time, may have died in the nuclear strike. Not only that, 15-year-old Jake Gyllenhaal and his sister, as well as Chris Pine, Ryan Gosling, and Channing Tatum could also die in a nuclear strike.

Ah yeah, the many actors would've die by the event of the March 23, 1995? Especially since the cast of Friends would've also died by this brutal event due to New York City being entirely destroyed, in which it killed it's mayor at the time like in OTL, Rudy Giuliani.

Jim Carrey, who was 33 years old at the time, may have died in a nuclear attack on Canada.Sylvester Stallone and Schwarzenegger, Rowan Atkinson and directors like Woody Allen, Quentin Tarantino, Clint Eastwood could die in a nuclear war.
