Alternative History

I'm almost sure that's not a valid excuse for eliminating an article, Jazon. Fed (talk) 02:34, March 18, 2011 (UTC)

I guessed that, I just wanted to bring that up; we have twenty-three timelines about the same thing. Letting one go won't exactly ruin the wiki, and will allow us to divert resources to other TL's more in need of attention. It hasn't been edited in some time, the author probably either gave up or left it for a more advanced CSA victory TL. Survival of the fittest, as it were.

I don't think Darwin applies to an alternate history wiki. Besides half of your argument is shot, this is not exactly a short TL (it has at least two articles). Also being cliche is never a reason to delete a TL. The American Civil War and World War II are two of the most common alternate histories in the English language, but that should not be a reason to delete TLs belonging to that category. This TL should be put up for adoption. Mitro 12:12, March 18, 2011 (UTC)

Unless the creater comes back in a week i am adopting this articleAlexanders 15:44, March 18, 2011 (UTC)

No, you can't. Not unless you contact the creator of the TL, User:Histbuff as well and ask for permission. Once again Alex you show a marked indifference to our adoption policy. Mitro 16:57, March 18, 2011 (UTC)
