Just a note but I'd move the New Africa country to the coast. Most of the blacks in the south are near the coast. Probably just the coast of SC. down to Georgia going about 100 miles inland.

ps I take it you're not from the States. You refer to the Carolinas as the Outer Banks. Those are just two little islands off the coast of North Carolina.

And also, I think with a Balkanized North America, their would be a lot of pro-allies and pro-axis nations that would pick sides. World War 2 would probably turn North America into a wasteland.

I have adopted What if? 's timeline of "The Balkanization of North America" a few weeks ago, and I had no idea this page existed. I do not know if you knew about this or not, but can you please add something to your general title so other people call tell our timelines apart? For example, i have added a "BKNA" to represented Balkanization of North America, making my official title "The Balkanization of North America (BKNA)". I would greatly appreciate it if you add something like that to your title. I am sorry if you adopted the same timeline and created your own new title page, but I had no clue.
