Sorry for the Edits and the comment on your talkpage.
I understand about the Global union bit (that was inspired by 1983: Doomsday), but about the Fuhrer Worship bit, Hitler probably would make himself seem like a god as part of the personality cult (Hitler was one of the candidates for the antichrist before and during the war)
However i have several reservations because this idea is unfeasible for several reasons:
1. Germany and Japan would have overextended themselves and their economies would collapse.
2. They would destroy themselves with nuclear, Biological and Chemical weapons within years.
3. They would probably go the way of the romans: Decadent and slovenly (Re: Robert Harris's Fatherland)
4. Germany and Japan had really small armies and would have great difficulty controlling what they have, so a cold war is the last thing on their minds.
Again, Sorry for the edits that you felt were inappropriate and the comment about Resistance fall of man and the Draka.

Buk I do agree with your point 1. , Nazi Germany was a scavenger that attacked the next country with the stolen trucks of the last. That's how they fell when the new prew was too big to chew and not as juicy. That's why I choew this scenario to tweak: to see how in hell the nazis could win.
