Talk: By Grace of God Protector of the Commonwealth

Should there be a comma between "God" and "Protector"? Mr.Xeight 23:38, 10 July 2009 (UTC)

That's what I always though, but from here it says the title is 'By the Grace of God and Republic Lord Protector of England, Scotland and Ireland' so I went with no commas, thought it does look weird. --Gamb1993 00:12, 11 July 2009 (UTC)

I think it's how they phrased it at the time, I mean at the time they used Middle English so I expect the phrasing of certain words or sentences would be stranger. Gamb1993 01:38, 11 July 2009 (UTC)
