French Guyanne suggestion[]
Since French Guyanna is an independant country in this timeline (unlike in ours, preventing its membership), I think it would be realistic and interesting to add it to its list of members. Also, another suggestion to improve it: properly explaining why the organization was brought back many years after, I'd like to know.
