Alternative History

I fail to see that a state about a quarter the size of the US *here* at the time of independence (and about one eigth the size of the US *here* in 1812 could possibly manage to conquer a large part of Canada. After all, the British managed to hold out against the American attack *here*, despite the fact that we were fighting the French (and most of Europe) at the time. --Sikulu 14:02, 20 February 2006 (UTC)

Well, Britain was also fighting the French *there*. On the other hand, Columbia were more focused and less vulnerable than the USA *here*.
