Why this weird flag? Denmark had its own flag before Norway was annexed in 1380, and the modern Norwegian flag in OTL wasn't created until the "revolution" of 1814 - and then incorporated the blue colour to mimic the "revolutionary" flags of France, USA etc. Norway was not an equal partner in the union. It was a colony, and thus would not have been represented" in the flag ike that. --dllu 13:09, 31 March 2007 (UTC)
