I have to ask: why Vichy? I wouldn't think that the French people, except the die hard Fascists that prospered under the puppet state, would agree to it: it would remind the people to much of the oppression they suffered under Nazi Germany.

I would think that France would still be divided, but maybe it fractured into smaller states, such as Aquitaine and Normandy. Tbguy1992 19:16, July 18, 2010 (UTC)


Alas, your idea is a good one. But my grandfather had once visited post-war Vichy, and the amount of Social/Fascists were still in number. They did not really suffer, in fact, they fared better than North France since they sympathized with Hitler, they got the better treatment. Arstarpool 23:34, July 19, 2010 (UTC)
