Adoption[]
Hey all. I will be adopting this article as part of the community-wide Francophonie update. I will be expanding (not reviewing) its story and tying it in further with the expanded stories of the RFTA, Caribbean Federation, Brazil and the pending proposals: French diaspora and the Seventh Republic.
