This is maybe the most video-gamelike item in the British saga, and in my opinion a number of things need to change to make it plausible. Just like everywhere else, it's very unlikely that the different communities here would be discovering one another for the first time. Instead the goal has to be making relations more formal and regular. And then the actual construction is very unrealistic. Electrifying a village ought to take months, not a single day or week. I'm trying to keep the chronology the same as much as possible, so that means that the forces passing through each village are doing preliminary surveys for later teams to come in and do the electrification and the building.
