Refering to the edit and reversion on October 14, why couldn't the capital be Saint Petersburg? It wasthe capital of Imperial Russia IOTL. The capital was only moved to Moscow after the Bolshevik Revolution.--Italiamerican 01:09, 16 October 2006 (UTC)
- The main reason is that St. Petersburg is in a rather vulnerable position. I do have a reason, I just haven't gotten around to writing that bit yet. --Sikulu 07:25, 16 October 2006 (UTC)
