Some corporation builds underground structures on SK&N, before 1983DD, for testing purposes or something away from governments with which it may have issues. On 1983DD, citizens see big explosions a few hundred miles away. They get the hint that something's going wrong and overrun the bunkers. No explosions occurred within 400km of the islands, in Puerto Rico. There is no chance at all that they could possibly have seen it. Nor would they have been effected by radiation at all.
No such bunkers were built. They do not exist. Moreover, this is an island. It's not even possible to really dig at all.

Two small insignifigent islands in the Caribbean woud not be targets, so why would they have shelters, quite simply they wouldn't! also where is the radiation coming from, winds come from the south west which is the north coast of South America, specifically Venezuela which had no nuclear blasts.
Also it is part of the East Caribbean Federation so not a seperate nation, also the ECF has no record of shelters, radiation etc --Smoggy80 14:22, May 15, 2012 (UTC)

Well, the adoption banner wasn't added by the owner, and as far as I can tell, the owner didn't consent to having the banner placed on the page. Meanwhile, I was recently given control over both this page and Antigua and Barbuda by the owner of these pages (77topaz).

Take out the shelter part, though leave the bit about the refugee camps.
More or less no fallout at all, imo.
Use the nation template, not the subdivision one. The ECF states have been all done like that as of yet, so...
