About "Springtime of Nations" Chinese setting,I have a better idea.[]
As I said before, about "Springtime of Nations" Timeline Chinese setting , this can actually be reset.
After the victory of the Taiping Rebellion, the Taiping Rebellion reunified China and brought Tibet, Xinjiang, and Mongolia back into China's territory.
After that, the Taiping Kingdom actively learned from the West and became the largest and most powerful state in Asia.
The Taiping Heavenly Kingdom intervened in the affairs of Japan and Korea successively, which changed Korea and Japan.
After the outbreak of World War I in the 20th century, the Taiping Heavenly Kingdom, which was involved in the war, eventually became a democratic republic. China then entered World War II and defeated Japan, becoming the most developed country in Asia.

I mean, I already have a path set for China, but I will include that they win the Taiping rebellion, and that they enter a golden era, but they still fall into Civil War, but now are one of the fastest growing countries in the timeline. If you have any more ideas, let me know :)

After the transformation of the Taiping Heavenly Kingdom into a democratic republic, the Socialist Party of China became the ruling party elected to power after the Chinese Revolution and ruled jointly with the Communist Party,Until today.

The "Springtime of Nations" Timeline map of China is roughly the same as OTL's modern China.

Of course, the socialist party would win a few elections, after the republic was created. But the Communist Party, would be centered in Feng, also from the 1910s-1930s, 40s, China is just warlords and stuff like that, with the south being German, and the north Japanese. If you have any more questions or ideas, let me know :)

China fought a unification war against warlords in the 1910s and reunified China in the 1920s, after which they moved into Xinjiang and Tibet and established the Tibet Autonomous Region. In the 1930s and 1940s, they waged wars against German imperialism and Japanese imperialism, and defeated Japan in 1945, reclaimed Taiwan, promoted the independence of Korea, and withdrew Germany from the Asia-Pacific region.

While yes, China does eventually unite, that doesn't start until the late 1920s, and still continues to the 30s. And while yes, they eventually do regain the German, and Japanese territories, that doesn't happen until the 40s. Everything else does happen, excluding that they regain Taiwan. Germany stays more in like Malaysia, and the Pacific Islands.

Supplement: Regarding the setting of Northeast China and Mongolia, it can be roughly set as follows: After the Taiping Rebellion, although the Qing Dynasty retreated to Mongolia and the three northeastern provinces, these areas were later occupied by the Taiping Heavenly Kingdom. Later, following the civil war in China, Mongolia and the three northeastern provinces gained independence from the Taiping Kingdom. The northeastern region was occupied by warlords, who also occupied Inner Mongolia. After World War I, the warlordism in China's three northeastern provinces was annexed by Russia and later formed the Manchurian Soviet Republic and the South Manchurian Republic, the former of which later became part of the Soviet Union. And Mongolia? After World War I, it was controlled by Russia, and after World War II, the Mongolian People's Republic was established, and later Mongolia became a republic of the Soviet Union. Exactly like that! You just said what the timeline for China is. If you want, since you have got now the basics of the timeline, you can edit the history of China, or what I have left there, or other nations in that area

Some minor rabbit holes[]
I was watching the World Series, and I came up with an idea on a timeline of MLB ATL. Feel free to revise at will and offer criticism.
The Classic Eight of both the AL and NL remain unchanged to 1953. The changes right now parallel OTL, but that is subject to change.
1953: Braves move to Toronto instead of Milwaukee and do not relocate again.
1958: Dodgers move to San Jose since LA is not an option.
1961: Seattle gets an AL expansion team instead of LA.
1962: Denver gets an NL team instead of Houston.
1968: Athletics move to Vancouver instead of Oakland, since there are already two teams in the Bay Area.
1969: Portland gets an NL team instead of San Diego, Sacramento gets an AL team since Seattle already has one. Sacramento does not lose it like Seattle did.
1972: Senators never move.
1977: Columbus and Indianapolis get AL teams instead of Seattle and Toronto, since they already have teams.
1993: Nashville and Milwaukee get NL teams instead of Denver and Miami.
1998: Ottawa and Calgary get teams instead of Phoenix and Tampa Bay. I'm leaning towards having them both be NL teams.
2005: Expos do not move.
Feel free to debate any of this, I just wanted a rough outline. 2024ckeevert (talk) 02:37, 30 October 2023 (UTC)
Sorry for my late response, I just saw this now, but sure what you said makes a lot of sense, since I also haven't gone into this part of the timeline at all. So as long as it fits with the timeline, you can do wat you want. TheAvgRedditUser (talk) 02:37, 30 October 2023 (UTC)
