| + | I'm working out the deatils, but basically, it had to do with the refugee crisis in the 1980s. Actually, the whole point of this proposal is to bring back the Hapsburg dynasty. With Austria part of the AC and the rest of the old Austro-Hungarian Empire in ruins or in anarchy, I thought of an Austrian city deciding to go it alone. I'm working out the deatils, but basically, it had to do with the refugee crisis in the 1980s. Actually, the whole point of this proposal is to bring back the Hapsburg dynasty.
