Ummm since im the regional manager for this i dont think Venezuela will control any parts of Guyana, Considering Venezuela was only stabilized by Brazil and remaing a nation today because of it, i doubt they would have been stable enough to get Guyana. If anything Guyana (all three sections of it) are an independent and sovereign nation. Also in accordance to the military a small aircraft carrier is acceptable but never more than that.
