Didn't Virginia ever attempt to expand outside North America? Panama? Liberia? Philipines?

- Probably, yeah. What I meant to say was that Alaska was the last incorporated territory. They probably had other territories that have since become independant, like the Philipines *here* - which is probably a good bet for *there* too. Nik42 01:42, 12 Feb 2005 (GMT)
