"The Fifth and Last" As said by Frederick II, HRE, just after the Fifth Crusade in which the Ayyubid dynasty was crushed at the Battle of Castellum Beroart. From 1217-1220 the Fifth Crusade would strategically attack Sinai and Palestinian towns on the road to the Holy Land. Soon infighting would occur and the Knights Templar with Hungarian allies would remove the crusading occupation forces and create the Great Kingdom of the Holy Land.

1200s Edit

1220: Crusading forces capture Jerusalem and Castellum Beroart from the Ayyubid Dynasty and led them to collapse in on themselves.
