Scenario[]
The year is 1988. It is about setting up covert tax haven units in Switzerland, Monaco and Sweden for legal bus, vodka, car, taxi, ISP and TV cartels in the Siberian cities of Tobolsk, Chelyabinsk, Aktobe, Perm, Magnitogorsk and Yekaterinburg.
Idea[]
This game is a youth culture gamer game type. Street gangs, corrupt police, smugglers, gangsters, corrupted banker, businessmen, terrorists, mutinous state officials, corrupt mayoral candidates, Chechen separatists, gay rights activists and biker gangs rule OK! Remember, you need a lot of upper body strength and corporate ad driven consumerism in local governance to win this, too!
