Thomas Edmund Dewey (March 24, 1902 – March 16, 1971) was an American lawyer, prosecutor, and politician who served as 34th President of the United States from March 4, 1945 to March 4, 1953 and President who started Reconstruction period which will last aproximately 50 years.
