Thomas Eastwood (b. October 4, 1956) is an American Politician who is serving as Governor of California since 2015. He is the son of President Clint Eastwood. He, like his father is an actor and was a major actor during the “Spaghetti Renaissance” during which time Spaghetti Westerns became a major film genre from 1993 until 2002.
Born on October 4, 1956 to Clint Eastwood and Angela Eastwood. He followed his father’s footsteps and was an active actor from 1975 until 2015. He entered politics on the advice of his father and ran for Republican Nomination for governor of California in 2014 and defeated Berkeley Professor Gregory Theodore and won the General against TBD. He has improved the Healthcare and infrastructure of the state.
He received a Golden Globe for Best Director in 2001 for “The Legend of Jim Bull.” His roles decreased with the 2000s as Spaghetti Westerns went once more under the Pop Culture radar. He was considered as Minister of Arts and Culture but declined the nomination.
