  • August 25: Governor Allred's order is approved but is told by Congress that if another threat comes, it would be up to him to protect the people of Texas.

  • September 1: The Governor of the Former State of Texas, James V. Allred, is inaugurated as the 1st and only President of the Republic of Texas. He was originally going to leave the Vice-President position vacant but would pick Senator Prescott Bush, father and Grandfather of Future President(s) George H W Bush and George W Bush, as his VP.

  • January 8: The Soviet Union announces a complete invasion of Nazi Germany. This does not mean that the Soviet Union joins the Allies.
  • February 27: Vice-President Henry A. Wallace is endorsed by President Franklin D. Roosevelt after he announced that he will be ending his run for his third term as President. This would cause Wallace's popularity rating to shoot way up from the lowest on the board at 5% to the highest on the board at around 55%, a 50% increase.
  • May 19: Former Vice-President Thomas E. Dewey announced that he had won the Republican Nomination for President of the United States
  • May 20: Vice-President Henry A. Wallace announced that he had won the Democratic Nomination for President of the United States
  • June 4: Rome, Italy falls to the Allies
  • June 6: The Allied Forces, including America who had joined the war in 1943, launched a invasion on the German Beach of Normandy which would be codenamed D-Day. It would be considered both a huge success as it would lead the way for the Allies to get into France and would be a huge surprise to Hitler as he had left America in shambles and didn't except America to recover until at least 1945 to 1950.
  • July 8: Italy announces that it will be moving to the Allied Powers and will be helping the Allies defeat the Axis Powers
  • November 8: After several hours of vote counting, Henry A. Wallace is announced to be the winner of the election in a landslide and the 31st President of the United States at 2:35 AM EST. The Wallace/Truman ticket received 392 electoral votes to Dewey/Bricker's 142. This would use a different electoral system where the states that were still in the Union would have their governor send President Roosevelt a letter with who they wanted their EV's to go to.

  • January 20: Vice-President Henry A. Wallace is inaugurated as the 34'th President of the United States
  • January 28: President Wallace appointed former President Franklin D. Roosevelt as his Secretary of War due to the progress he made in his last 4 years as President. He would stay in the position until his death in 1948.
  • February 12: President Wallace terminates Executive Order 9066 and signs a bill that promises funds to all Japanese Citizens after the US stabilizes from World War 2.
  • August 15: President Wallace announced to the American public that the Japanese Emperor Hirohito had contacted him and told him that Japan would be surrending to the Allies after 3 1/2 years of fighting.
  • September 14: Japan officially surrenders to the Allies and exits from the war
  • October 18: The Allies start their final invasion of Germany, which would be in the German Capitol of Berlin, codenamed Operation: Sour Krauts
  • November : The Allies successfully capture Nazi Germany and take the German Fuhrer Adolf Hitler into Allied Custody.
  • November 11: At 11 AM President Wallace declares the Second World War over after more then 5 years of fighting, and declared that for the first time in almost a decade, the US was free, united, and strong with a power for the people and not the government. The end of the Second World War also landed on the 27th Anniversary of the end of WW1

  • March 2: Hitler is declared guilty of the charges of genocide, mass extinction, and crimes against humanity
  • March 23: Hitler is sentenced to death by gas chamber but is later changed to the electric chair
  • April 20: Hitler is executed by the electric chair at the Nazi Concertation Camp Auschwitz by former inmate Otto Frank whos family was executed at the Auschwitz Labor Camp

  • April 18: Former President Franklin D. Roosevelt is declared dead at his residence in Warm Springs, Georgia
  • May 30: Vice-President Harry Truman suspends his campaign due to the rumor that he was a communist sympathizer. Two days later he would endorse Illinois Governor Adlai Stevenson II. With no challengers remaining Adlai Stevenson declares he will be the Democratic Nominee for President of the United States.
  • November 2: Adlai Stevenson is announced to be the winner of the election in a landslide and the 32nd President of the United States at 1:43 AM EST. Adlai Stevenson received 392 electoral votes while Thomas Dewey received 197 Electoral Votes.

  • March 5: President Stevenson announces that the United States would be supporting South Korea to stop the Communist Threat of North Korea. He also announced that the forces would not be lead by General Douglas MacArthur but would instead be led by famous WW2 General Dwight D. Eisenhower due to MacArthur's retirement from the military at the end of WW2.
  • July 17: General Dwight D. Eisenhower announces to the American Public that he had pushed the North Koreans forces half-way out of Korea and expects the war to be over by the end of the year.
  • August 20: President Stevenson becomes the first President in U.S History to visit North Korea
  • September 13: U.S and South Korean Forces successfully push the Communist North Korean to the North Korean Capital of Pyongyang, which they begin their final invasion of North Korea.
  • October 15: President Stevenson along with Vice-President Sparkman visit the South Korean Capitol of Seoul making Sparkman the first Vice-President to visit South Korea and make Stevenson the first and only President to visit both North and South Korea
  • October 29: The North Korean Communist Forces surrender to the South Korean and U.S Troops, declaring the end of the Korean War, which lasted 7 months and 24 days.
  • October 29: WW2 and Korean War General Dwight D. Eisenhower announces that the Korean War is over and the US has emerged as the winner of the war.
  • November 5: Envious with his newfound title of American hero, General Eisenhower announces he would run for President with the Republican Party and is met with instant popularity
  • November 27: North Korean, Chinese, Soviet, South Korean, and United States officials meet up at the South Korean Capital of Seoul to sign the South Korean Victory Treaty which guarantees the surrender of North Korean Forces and South Korea's victory in the war

  • October 29: In response to the growing Civil Rights Movement in the rural south, Vice-President Nixon promises that if he were to win the Presidency, he would convince Congress to pass a major Civil Rights Bill that would end segregation in all 50 States and would increase voting rights for African-Americans by declaring poll taxes illegal. This would prove to be a major decision for VP Nixon, as it would be the push he needed to defeat Kennedy and win the election
  • November 8: After several hours of vote counting, Richard Nixon is announced to be the winner of the election in a landslide and was elected the 34th President of the United States at 2:14 AM EST. Richard Nixon received 341 electoral votes while John F. Kennedy received 196.

  • January 20: Vice-President Richard Nixon is inaugurated as the 34'th President of the United States and Henry Cabot Lodge Jr is inaugurated as the 39'th Vice-President of the United States

  • November 3: 2 hours after the last polls in the nation closed, it was announced that Incumbent President Richard Nixon was the winner of the election in a landslide and was re-elected the 34th President of the United States at 3:15 AM EST. Richard Nixon received 480 electoral votes while Lyndon B. Johnson received 60.

This would make Nixon the first President to try and win the Republican Nomination for the third consecutive election (Theodore Roosevelt was the first President to actually achieve this, but he would win the election under the Bull Moose Party, which merged with the Republican Party in 1911)

  • March 28: The 1968 Republican Primaries would begin and the nominees for the primary would be California Governor Ronald Reagan, Maryland Governor Spiro Agnew, Ohio Governor James A. Rhodes, Michigan Governor George W. Romney, Incumbent Vice-President Henry Cabot Lodge Jr and Incumbent President Richard Nixon.
  • April 5: Michigan Governor George W. Romney, father of future President Mitt Romney, announced that he would being suspending his campaign in the Republican Primaries.
  • April 24: Ohio Governor James A. Rhodes announced that he would being suspending his campaign in the Republican Primaries.
  • May 12: Maryland Governor Spiro Agnew announced that he would being suspending his campaign in the Republican Primaries.

It would be reported by Walter Cronkite at 1:03 PM and all news sources would stop all programming between 1:30-3:00 PM and would reminisce about the Vice-President and his life, with ABC airing a documentary about LBJ made at the beginning of his Vice-Presidency in 1969 and NBC airing a 1 hour interview between Cronkite and Johnson and having a 30 min discussion about LBJ.

  • September 7: The Berlin Wall Rumor would reach the Kremlin where the rumor would be told to Soviet President Mikhail Gorbachev by one of his officials the next day on September 8. As the election returns come, Bush has won 24 states by 11:30 PM EST. After a long night of results the fate of the election comes down to a close race in the final state of Florida.   • September 15: Bob Ross, the Vice-President Nominee for the Independent Candidate Fred Rogers, passes away. Doctors were unaware of how he passed, with the original cause being Ross' lymphoma which he had been diagnosed with since the mid 1980s but was later found that the cause of death was just natural causes.
  • September 19: Fred Rodgers announced to the American Public that he had spent the last few days looking for a new running mate to replace Ross after his death. He would announce his new running mate on PBS from the old set of Mr. Rodgers Neighborhood as he did not trust any of the major news sources. He would announce that it took so long to replace Ross as his replacement had to have the same qualities as Ross and announced that he chose Alex Trebek as his running mate, to which Trebek had accepted the VP offer the previous day.
  • November 4: Rodgers and Trebek hold a joint rally in the WQED Studios Headquarters with the permission of the owner of the building and city council. As the election returns come, Rodgers has won 24 states by 11:30 PM EST. After several hours of vote counting, Fred Rodgers is declared the winner of the election and the Seventieth (70th) President of the United States at 1:43 AM EST. He is also the first Independent Nominee since George Washington to win the Presidency. Fred Rodgers received 420 electoral votes while Donald Trump received 63, and Gavin Newsom received 55.

  • January 31: President Rodgers is given an offer by the federal government to pick six people to fill seats in Congress, three in the House and three in the Senate. The President would reject this offer because "throughout History, when people were given the choice to appoint their own friends to government instead of the people that were elected, it was the start of their dictatorship, some major examples of this are Adolf Hitler, Benito Mussolini, and Joseph Stalin" and that he wanted the people to respect him through trust instead of fear. This would gain Rodgers' massive respect throughout the country and would massively raise his approval rating from 48% to 76%, the highest of any U.S President since President Wallace in 1945
