Greek Proposal[]
- The Balkan Alliance shall dissolve into a collection of sovereign states, including the nations of Greece, Serbia, Montenegro, Macedonia, Kosovo, Bulgaria, Thrace, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Albania.
- Serbia shall cede the region of Kosovo to the newly formed independent nation of Kosovo, and shall recognize Kosovo as a sovereign nation.
- The region of Thrace shall be annexed by the nation of Turkey, including the city of Istanbul.
