Italy gets a bit of the Indian Ocean (near Somalian). No Australian ships are allowed in the Italian section of the Indian Ocean and the same the other way around. Italy will keep the land that they conquered in Wales. Italy has to pull out troops from Brazil but has to have some ports where Italy has conquered.
