the Treaty of Diltwa Wituye is an agreement between the Aztlan Federation(mehico) and the Californian Empire to conclude on the rights which the Californian Empire would get as a state of the Aztlan federation.This is after the weakening of the Newly established calfornian empire had a failed coup attempt because the concecuinces of the Treaty of San Diego.This weakend the state so much that the Californian Emperor saw no other opion then becoming a Aztlan State

- The Californian Empire will before the 4th state of the Aztlan Federation.
- The Elected Emperor Philipe Augusthino Diltwa I will become the governor of the state.
- The Californian Empire as a state will become named Grande Califórnia.
- The Union of Sejms will be renamed to the Senate.
- The National Congress of the Empire of California will become The state congress of the state Grande Califórnia.
- All Congressmen of the former national congress will keep their role until next elections for them in seven year until new elections.
- The Former Emperor will enjoy to live in Aztlan capital if wanted and he will enjoy a pension for the rest of his life and his governor title will be Diltwa-Governor
