The Empire of Greater Britannia and the Great Empire of Japan have come to the following agreements regarding Mutual Territorial and Influential Development in the Asia-Pacific Region. This treaty will stand for a period of twenty years, after which it may be renewed through mutual consent.
Article I — Territorial Development[]
- The Empire of Greater Britannia will assist the Great Empire of Japan in expanding its dominance in the East Asia region, rendering military and financial support to occupy the Korean peninsula (currently part of the Kingdom of Joseon).
- The Great Empire of Japan in return will defend the Empire of Greater Britannia's holdings in South-East Asia from possible Chinese or otherwise foreign aggression. Japan will also assist Britain to expand further into South-East Asia.
- The Empire of Greater Britannia and the Great Empire of Japan will assist each other to build mutual regional dominance in Asia, in an effort to supersede China and/or Korea.
Article II — Military Development[]
- The Empire of Greater Britannia will render assistance to the Great Empire of Japan to develop her military technologies and thereby secure her military prowess and ability to defend her and Britain's holdings throughout Asia.
- In compensation, the Great Empire of Japan, in addition to using her military to protect her own lands and waters, will in co-operation with the British Army and Royal Navy defend British interests in the region.
Article III — Mutual Defence[]
- In the event that either country (the Great Empire of Japan or the Empire of Greater Britannia) should be attacked by another Asian power, the other will immediately declare war on the aggressor under this agreement of mutual defence.
- However, if either country is the aggressor in a war, the other will not be obligated to participate in said conflict.
Article IV — Violation and amendment[]
- Should either nation violate any agreement in this treaty, it shall be voided and neither nation will be any longer obligated to abide by the agreements as set above.
- Should either nation (or both) wish to amend this treaty in any way, the amendment may proceed pending mutual agreement on both sides.

Japan officially revokes its membership in this treaty in accordance to Article IV, citing Britannia's failure to assist Japan in the event of war.
