The Treaty of Lirviti (OTL Layounne) was an arrangement between the Celtic Confederacy (and its respective members, the Kingdoms of Scotland, Wales and Ireland) and the Kingdom of Arles and the Empire of Hispania respectively, in the year 1490, that paved the way for the entrance of the the Celtic Confederacy (and its respective members) to the Hispano-Arlesian side of the conflict with the Kingdom of France and the Holy Roman Empire.

    • The Empire of Hispania agrees to sell their claims to the newly discovered area of the Cape of Good Hope in Africa, that has been recently discovered by the Spanish Explorer Pedro Alonso Niño to the The Celtic Confederacy and its respective members, the Kingdoms of Scotland, Wales and Ireland.
      • The Celtic Confederacy and its respective members, the Kingdoms of Scotland, Wales and Ireland and the Companaidh Ceilteach Afraganach (Celtic African Company or C.C.C.) henceforth grant to both the The Empire of Hispania and the Kingdom of Arles and their respective citizens and merchents, special rights such as access to its ports and lower taxation, given our long standing friendly ties with both respective realms.
