Article I[]

On Peace

  1. The current state of war that exists between the Duchy of Savoy and the Kingdom of France (hereafter referred to as SAVOY and FRANCE, respectively) shall cease upon the signing and ratification of this treaty.

    FRANCE shall recognize the autonomous nature of SAVOY, and shall promote the latter to the status of Grand Duchy.
  3. FRANCE shall cede Western Liguria (including the provinces of Savonna and Imperia) to SAVOY.
  4. SAVOY shall respect the territorial integrity of FRANCE. Likewise, FRANCE shall respect the territorial integrity of SAVOY.
  5. The Capitancy of Orange shall be transferred to a member of the House of SAVOY.

Article II[]

On Mutual Cooperation

  1. The Grand Duke of SAVOY shall recognize the King of FRANCE as his temporal lord.
  2. SAVOY and FRANCE shall enter a binding non-aggression pact.
  3. FRANCE shall assist SAVOY in the reconstruction of damaged cities, towns, and villages.
  4. SAVOY and FRANCE shall grant each other access through each other's property.
