- The Ottoman Empire will recognise the independence of the Kingdom of Serbia and create the Principality of Bulgaria within the Ottoman Empire with Milan I being King of Serbia and Adolf Wilhelm August Karl Friedrich the House of Nassau-Weilburg as Prince of Bulgaria as well as Romanian independence with Russia as it's guarantor.
- Map 1 forms the borders of the Ottoman Empire with the Principality of Bulgaria Bulgaria. There will be extensive population swaps between the Ottoman Empire, Serbia and Austria.
- Map 2 forms the borders of the Bulgaria and Serbia, along with Serbia and Austria.
- Albania as in Map 2 will be under Italian occupation (including north Epirus and Vlore), Cyrenaica will be ceded to Italy with Ras Lanuf as the border. The north Epirus
- Montentegro is in fact still a state.
