- Aachen (in its entirety) and Julich shall be released from the Kingdom of Lotharingia as independent states, with minor territory returned or given to Cologne and Trier.
- William II of France will pledge to not attack the Holy Roman Empire, and will pledge to not attempt to take any territory within it, including Italy.
- The Cross of Lothair and other relics of the Carolingian Kingdom of Lotharingia is ceded to the current Kingdom of Lotharingia in exchange for a lump sum of gold.
