William II of France will pledge to not attack the Holy Roman Empire, and will pledge to not attempt to take any territory within it, including Italy.
The Cross of Lothair and other relics of the Carolingian Kingdom of Lotharingia is ceded to the current Kingdom of Lotharingia in exchange for a lump sum of gold.
