The Treaty of Versailles was a peace treaty to end the conflict between France and Lotharingia, which was caused by their respective involvement in the War of the Roses and subsequent Ghent revolt.

- Return of Prisoners of War (POWs) to their respective nations.
- Return of the corpses of the dead to their respective nations to receive a proper burial.
- A promise of non agression for 20 years between the respective nations.
- The Kingdom of France and the Duchy of Burgundy will pay 50 % of the rebuilding costs of city Ypres and 10% of rebuilding cost of the town of Mouvaux.
