Burgundy's Initial Offer[]
- The region formerly occupied by the Kingdom of Burgundy as per the Treaty of Florence, known as the Rhine's West Bank, shall be formally annexed to Burgundy, along with the region of East Frisia.
- The nations of Rhineland and East Germany shall allow unrestricted military access for Burgundy along the Rhine River, and shall not make any attempts to interfere in Burgundian shipping or trade - along the Rhine River or elsewhere.
- Both Rhineland and East Germany shall pay a large indemnity to the Kingdom of Burgundy as reparation for the unprovoked German attack against Burgundy.
- Rhineland and East Germany shall make no attempts to unify into a single state, and shall renounce their alliance with each other.
