On November 19 1941, the USSR launches an attack on Finland. However, it is devastating for the Red Army and plays out just like the OTL Winter War. A fierce stalemate is grinding down the already weakened and isolated Red Army (the USSR had been kicked out of the League Of Nations 2 years earlier). On February 27 1942, the Red Army makes an ultimatum to Stalin that he orders a ceasefire or they will march on Moscow.
