The following is an interview between Alaskan Reporter John Ryan and the Niagaran Representative to the United Communities General Assembly Micheal Franklin. The time of the interview is September 25th, 2010 and the meeting takes place in the rear courtyard of the the General Assembly Hall in Niagara Falls, Canadian Sector, capital of the United Communities overlooking the Falls themselves. The meeting is a historical meeting for the United Communities, as it is the first direct meeting since the Treaty of Manchester. It will be featured in John Ryan's upcoming book: "Shattered: Stories of North American Successor States".
