The United Nations is an international group of nations dedicated to peace and prosperity over the world. It was founded by the United States, Great Britain, and the Soviet Union. See this for the rules of the UN.
There is also another branch besides the Security Council, named the International Court of Justice (ICJ)
As of 1978, the United Nations is null and void.

This bill seeks to make all areas of the continent of Antarctica a completely neutral area, with no state being able to lay claim to any part of the continent. This includes only land on mainland Antarctica, with the outlying islands being able to be claimed by states.
