From 2007 to 2011, the nation of Belgium was on the verge of collapse. Luckily, these issues were resolved during the 2010–11 Belgian government formation, allowing the fragile country to continue on its way.
But what if the negotiations failed to solve the crisis? What if Belgium underwent balkanization? How would things change in a Post-Belgium world?
The French Republic, or just France, is a sovereign state in Western Europe. France is bordered by Spain and Andorra to the south; Italy, Switzerland, Luxembourg, and Germany to the east; and the Netherlands and Flanders to the north.
France has recently incorporated Wallonia into an administrative region, following Wallonia's short-lived independence from 2012 to 2014.
