Here is my idea for a new timeline.
Due to the Intolerable Acts, most of the 13 colonies are angry at Britain and want independence. But in 1774, the Quebec Act is not passed, so support for the revolution is now less. Finally, in 1775 the colonies are given representation in the British Parliament. Now with several rights most colonists end their dreams of a rebellion. In Canada, however, several citizens are angry over having their culture taken away. In 1775 a short rebellion begins, but most Canadians do not support it and it is crushed by British soldiers. As punishment taxes are increased in Canadian colonies. Because there is no American Revolution rebellions in Spanish colonies either don't happen or are defeat.
