How could happened differently for the axis during World War Two?

I have come up with different scenarios of how the Axis could have happened during World War Two. Here is Saturn120's ideas of how the axis coulda have won World War Two.

5. If Japan didn't attack Pearl Harbor

The Pacific Theater of World War Two was fought between US, United Kingdom, China, Philippines... Vs Japan (and all of their non-sense puppets too) well think about it. If the Japanese never attacked Pearl Harbor, their most likely wouldn't have been US involvement in the war (as the war was un-popular in the US to begin with...) there would have been less support. So it probably would have lead to a UK-Japan struggle. (Plus the UK is far enough to begin with from the Pacific isn't it?)

4. Hitler deciding to only focus on the eastern front

This one is probably the more implausible one but Hitler never had a chance on two fronts right? If Hitler decided to spend more time (which would obviously spend more money) on the eastern front. This would not result in a France to Moscow Nazi Empire, but would at the most get Hitler the Netherlands, Luxembourg, and Denmark in the east, and a divided Poland in the west.

3. Argentine Axis

As all we World War Two geeks know, that Argentina had close ties with the Axis but were to afraid to join during the war on the Axis side because Brazil was a part of the allies. Well, what if Argentina was brave enough and asked aid from the Nazis in conquest of South America. (And yes I mean the Falklands). It would lead to another long bloody part of the war.

2. Axis occupied Gilbritar

Ok. So you know how the Brits got to Northern Africa by going through the strait of Gilbritar? Well what if Hitler asked Spain if they could hold or even occupy the strait to stop the Brits there. Then there would be no second El Alamein battle, and the Nazis would have more troops for Operation Barbarossa...

1. Midway Reinforcements

Probably the worst timing during the war for any side. Yamato planed more troops to be at the Battle of Midway but they never arrived. So what if they did? Longer Pacific War? Operation Downfall activated because of higher Japanese moral later in the war? Something different would have came out of it...
