First of all, thanks for the speedy reply.

I agree on your NTS regime idea - especially in the 50s-70s.

I think by the modern day, Russia would be akin to OTL Spain or Finland, both due to the fact the Soviets layed a lot of groundwork in industrialization and education, and the fact it would be more inward focused on economic development. Granted the "economic miracle" would probably begin in the late authoitarian years (when the economy liberalizes) and then the democratic years.

The first years of Fascist rule will probably also see growth, not miraculous growth though. Most will probably be from de collectivization and land reform, making it an agriculture exporter to the German pact. Additionally rebuilding will get its textile industry rebooted, and German industrials may want to move certain industries to Russia, where labor will initially be fairly cheap.

Another comparison besides spain would be South Korea (Sygman Rhee was very Fascisitc, his Ilminism was modeled after Herrenvolk) or Chaing Kai Shek. Both states grew immensely upon liberalizations. The West Russians will have a advantage though due to resources and geographical location, as well as the soviets kickstarting industrialization and literacy.

During the modern years, I can see many soviet Russians fleeing toward the west, due to the latters democratic rights and economic state, which may lead whatever soviet leader to develop a "shoot to kill" policy similar to Erich Honecker.

I think that you have a good insight toward NTS ideology, though comparisons could also be made to Brazilian integralism as well. (minus the agric central aspect.) However on a local level some level of democracy is practiced in their ideology, leading to a sort of more Fascist Singaporean system of technocratic limited democracy (but NTS will probably be considerably more authoritarian.)

Also on the uniforms, I figured German and Russian elements will be combined for mutual goals. Germany will want Russia more integrated into its military alliance, while Russia will want to ditch the Soviet past for both return of Tsarist glory and a bolshevik free future.

Here are some other ideas, these are similar, but have more Tsarist elements than the others. I figure the uniforms generally will be similar to the ROA, and I see Vlasov as likely to become a leading general, as the reasons for his defection remain TTL.

This one helpful, very detailed. German style field ski caps shown here will probably see widespead usage.

[[File:ROA.jpeg|thumb]]The white uniform here gives Tsarist vibes, and the hats of these two soldiers are distinctly Russian.

[[File:Stahlelm.jpeg|thumb]]Stahlhlem would probably become standard. Vlasov here, explained idea above. I think he would mostly stay out of politics though, he will probably by the modern day have a legendary status in West Russia due to his military role.

One could view the Germanization of military doctrine as similar to OTL sovietization, as likely Mitteleuropean states will do the same steps but earlier, but there is also high incentive as the ROA is likely to still form TTL, and the leading officers of the West Russian regime will take pride within ROA heritage. German doctrine I think thougth will be more widespead generally. OTL Chile and Sweden still use it, so it will be crazily in use OTL, akin to the popularity of the OTL French and British style.

Sorry for the long respone, but a lot of thoughts, love your timeline. Feel free to add your input to my unform ideas.

And yeah, this is for canon as inserting these as pictues is too hard, but in terms of canon, this makes sense I think.
