ur not a mod

what am i doing that's implausible? I have read the rules and i think this is allowed! It says nuke strikes are allowed!! THere were MANY times where nukes were alsmost used in real life, and I know what I am doing, I am a member of 1983:Doomsday after all. Please do not interfere in the affairs of Tullin and ROBBALL! -Robballgamer2009

You have recieved comments about your work on the Doomsday talkpage already. Please read them. And yes, he is an admin. --Firestarthegodcat (talk) 02:17, 3 January 2022 (UTC)

A ban is revisionist!

Comrade,

Do not be deceeved by the lies of the western powers. Make no mistake, a ban would be of utmost damage to the ideals of socialism! We are at a major junction in the history of the Cold War. Now is not the time for infighting in the party. Stand tall with me and help rebuild this country now that GOrberavach is out of the picture! Please DO NOT ban me!!! But if you do ban me, remember this: You can only ban a man, the revolution lives on!

Concern regarding 1983: Doomsday

Just as an FYI, Roballgamer left me an extremely long message on my user talk page and I interpreted it as a veiled threat at me. Maybe I am overreacting, but if you can look at my user talk page when you are available, I would appreciate it. The individual who messaged me has me a bit concerned.

Daeseunglim (talk) 13:49, 5 January 2022 (UTC)

If you are okay with it, I will leave it up as a precaution if this becomes a recurring issue. I have no problem with people debating points of the timeline (I have had lengthy ones with various individuals!) but the individual's comment on my talk page seemed out of line in my personal opinion. I didn't modify his page and was leaving it up to a group consensus, as the timeline is a collaborative effort. It just seemed way too specific for the timeline and the figure isn't a major cultural icon that would impact the overall timeline like something such as Star Wars, comics, etc. do.

DD1983, nukes in the UK

The asumaumption of settlements with over 200,000 in the UK would be nuked is apprently used for the UK in DD1983, But Northampton had only 157,217 [[1]] and Brighton only 149,400 [[2]], so why strategicly nuke them? I think they would be better off being tackticly nuked with (10-15KT) nukes since they are major trasport hubs (Brighton Station and the Patcham By-Pass/A27/A23 road junction in Brighton and the A45/A508/Mere Way rosd junction and Northampton train station in norethapton). The citys would be trashed, but not totaly anihilated, so a few hundred more hundresd surviours would be left in the counties. Thameside (talk) 18:11, 5 January 2022 (UTC)

My most up to date view on the whole subject is contained here: https://althistory.fandom.com/wiki/Talk:Doomsday_in_the_United_Kingdom_(1983:_Doomsday)#A_possible_rewrite.2C_plot-hole_fix_and_plausibility_check_in_the_UK. Thameside (talk) 18:55, 5 January 2022 (UTC)

The probable UK nuke list in 1981, for DD:1983

This is a worse case scenario braced on the most zealous online interpretations of a Soviet atonic attack on the UK.

OK, so cannon made strategic missiles miss 6 targets (Hull, Glasgow, Luton, Liverpool, Middlesbrough and Edinburgh) and Slough was hit by a dud strategic nuke, then hit by 3 tactual nukes soon afterwards. Perhaps they may survive the new attack list to, or their good luck could be given to other places on the new list?

Request from Vanguard

Hello Ben,

I am Magiczocker01 and a member of the volunteer group called Vanguard. We try to fix errors on wikis like script errors and duplicate arguments. On your wiki we have noticed some template-loops, pages with an exceeded template-include-size and some script errors. I would like to ask you, if you can take a look at it yourself first, before I start trying to fix some of them.

Thanks in Advance.

Hi

I would like to adopt the 2000: shutdown timeline 1299apillow (talk) 02:31, 13 January 2022 (UTC)

Obsolete Pages

A while ago you marked my page for obsolete in 1983: Doomsday. What is the reason for this, and is there any way I can be allowed back into the timeline? If not I understand. I also asked to adopt several pages (see my profile) and never heard back from the authors, can I proceed with adopting them? If I broke any of the timeline's rules or if there's a problem with the page I apologize, just let me know and I can fix them. Gerriandour (talk) 20:44, 13 January 2022 (UTC)

Stop harassing me

Please stop harassing me with your bizarre lies or delusions or whatever your problem is. Nobody believes you, they can see I haven't been uploading duplicate files like you said. If you keep harassing me on my talk page and messaging me in the day, or even in the middle of the night again you will be in serious trouble. Also don't go crying to other admins claiming I'm "threatening you" or anything like that, telling you that you will be punished for breaking the rules is not a threat. U.S.S.
