I agree with a lot of your suggestions but would like to discuss directions with you and Daeseunglim before you add anything that might QAA me. This weekend is bad for me; I'll try to get back to you midweek. Thanks. Renaultlouis (talk) 16:29, 4 July 2021 (UTC)Renaultlouis

Re: Deleting your old userpage
I entered this wiki for the first time as "Federal Republic of the Philippines Mapper" with my personal Google account. I wanted to join the wiki's Discord with that username, but Discord wanted me to change it due to the 32 character limit to usernames. I have decided to use my account rename to "Sebastian Matute Mapping" and made some articles that are connected to the now-deleted ATLs: A Novus Orbis Terrarum, Philippines - Federalism at its Heights, and A Better Philippines
I didn't even want to abandon that account before, but I already used my rename for that account
I guess using my personal Google account to be on some wikis is not a good idea, oh well
- Okay, thanks for that
Hi, I just saw your messages. I went inactive on alternative history for about the past 7 or 8 months, so I didn’t see my talk page or anything. Thank you for canonizing Susquehanna, I know it was in dispute with certain members for over 3 years. I will likely be expanding its territory in the coming year a bit as Susquehanna and Reading continue to work in tandem. I was discussing Reading with Godfrey, he believed that Reading would be resistant to any political union, but agreed to a trade/political organization.
With central Pennsylvania being essentially dominated by State College or Reading, I still think in the next 20 years, it is likely that Reading will absorb both Lehigh and Susquehanna. Even the territory under Susquehanna’s purview per their political organization agreement on the split of eastern Pennsylvania, has under 10,000 survivors and is probably twice the size of Susquehanna proper. Reading has a much larger economy and political system and is still fairly conservative, as well as having a much larger population (I think roughly 4x the population) that I think Susquehanna joining Reading is highly likely.
A complete union between Reading and State College may be less likely as both Godfrey and Arstar have indicated neither government is willing to yield and join the other.
I think though, some sort of power bloc between Reading, State College, and Susquehanna is inevitable given Virginia’s increased aggression and North Pennsylvania drifting further into Canada’s sphere of influence, as well as the results of their elections from the mid 2010’s where the Amish essentially took over the government for a number of years and the souring relations that followed. It would absolutely have caused problems in the three survivor states (energy and trade) and my have served as a catalyst for them to align on major issues with a united front to preserve both their own independence and Pennsylvanian independence.
Regarding Oklahoma, given the extremely low population of the panhandle, I think it becoming a US territory or state is the most likely outcome. I’m not sure if it would be able to sustain independence very long given it is situated between the United States and Republic of Texas.
Rothschild Israel deletion
Yes, I have requested the deletion of the Rothschild Israel country and timeline pages. I have decided that I do not like it anymore and would love to make another Israel alternate timeline in the future but this just isn't it. Thank you for the fast reaction and I am glad for your hard work and checking with me.
Re: Missing flag
Not that flag as I don't want to use someone else's flag of the Philippines unfortunately, I wanted to have my own version of the OTL flag of the Philippines that has a lighter shade of color to be used for my user page flag gallery and for my article Philippines (A Greater Philippines).
Hello I'm sorry to interupt you this much but I have a problem .I was moving one of my pages and mistakenly I have created a double this page name is Mary Tudor I (King of Camelot ) I wanted to repaire it but I read that only administers can delete pages. Can you please delete it for me? Thanks in advance
Re: TSPTF Talk
Oh, i see. Thanks for that
Flag Vectors DD1983
Hey thanks for the reply on the DD talk page. I won't lie I already have quite a few flags made into Svg's, it's a part hobby of mine. Is there a way we can discuss further what would be appropriate to do? I'm unsure of a few things like uploading conventions and how to replace images and such on wiki.Trainor90 (talk) 18:22, 17 June 2021 (UTC)

Page Recovery Request
- Hmm...sometime in late 2019 I think. You can try the other names to see if that would work. I probably would've ended up renaming it anyway due to China running the union instead of Siberia as I originally had planned but the background and events were pretty much the same.
- Hmm...this looks like the final version after Russia retook Siberia in older version before I had retconned the communist resurgence altogether at the time. I am guessing to look up older versions an restoration would be required? I have a few months anyway since Russia and China just yesterday in AH signed a peace treaty recognizing Siberia as independent and unions don't just form overnight.Experiment632 (talk) 22:41, 26 June 2021 (UTC)
Definitely a good reason to just use an obsolete folder instead of a deletion request. Anyways I am considering including China in the new Socialist Union since the former effectively owns the latter anyways. However Union of Socialist Siberian Republics wouldn't be suitable and replacing Siberian with People's wouldn't allow for USSR/CCCP abbreviation. I am thinking Union of Socialist Sovereign Republics to allow for broader union but that does seem a bit too close to Socialist Siberia in 1983 Doomsday even if two of the words are switched around. Using the name should be alright or should I try to come up with something else to avoid potential copyright issues? Experiment632 (talk) 21:28, 29 June 2021 (UTC)
- The option to move doesn't appear in edit menu neither on the page nor while editing page. Thought "target page for redirection" would work but it didn't. Could they have made it so only an admin could change it? Experiment632 (talk) 19:46, 30 June 2021 (UTC)
Thanks for your help
I really appreciate the handholding. As you are also interested in the Pa. pages, here's what I sent to Daeseunglim. It might be relevant to your work as well.
I'm Renaultlouis. I saw a page of 1983DD and got hooked, especially because I grew up in Western Pa. Reading the various Pa. pages, I saw your name come up as owner of State College and contributor to Susquehanna. It's not clear who owns North Pa., Reading and Niagara Falls.
I'd like to start off by editing North Pa. and resolving some of the inconsistencies and mistakes there; I lived there just before 1983.
Are you the appropriate person to ask about editing North Pa. for starters, and if not, do you know who I should contact?
BTW, I know Gannon College (as it was then), pretty well. Glad to see that you went there.
RE: 1983DD Pennsylvania
Hello False Dmitri! From my discussions with the original creators of State College and Reading, the two states were discussing reunification however, at that point the territorial gap (out of universe, as Susquehanna was not canon at that point) and the (in universe) debate over the legitimacy as the Pennsylvanian successor was a major sticking point. Susquehanna being canonized has helped this since it essentially connects the territory of the two nations.
Gettysburg has been moving into closer alliances with Virginia, which I think could result in an interesting situation as Virginia also is beginning to take territory around the former Pittsburgh area where WV and PA meet. In the northern part of the state, New York is near the border and by this point, may actually control territory in parts of the northern tier region.
Overall, I see three, possibly four major power blocs forming:
- Canada (through North Pennsylvania, which seems to be gravitating towards that nation)
- Reading/State College
- Option 1
- Reading (through the nation itself, plus Susquehanna and Lehigh, which while both independent, I suspect given their size and how I have been writing their international relations, they will all merge into one nation in the next fifty years or so)
- State College (through the nation itself, it has the largest population, the remnants of the state government, and the most territory)
- Option 2
- Reading/State College (through a merger of Lehigh, Reading, State College, and Susquehanna into one nation)
- Option 1
- Virginia (through Gettysburg and territory it controls in the southwestern part of the state)
Gettysburg will likely continue to gather territory moving west towards State College controlled Johnstown, and
North Pennsylvania seems to be consolidating the state north of former I-80 and west of Saint Mary's, as well as in former New York and Ohio.
Reading and Susquehanna are consolidating the entire eastern half of the state.
State College controls most of the central part of the state from the former NY/PA to the PA/MD border, east to the Susquehanna, and west to around Saint Mary's/Johnstown.
I don't think New York will garner much territory or a foothold in the state beyond a few settlements in the Northern Tier.
Depending on how Virginia develops (it seems to have a Manifest Destiny approach to the surrounding states), I could potentially see it coming into conflict with State College or North Pennsylvania.
This could serve as a catalyst for several nations to reunify, but I think some sort of supranational organization is more likely to occur.
A large portion of the raiders in the eastern part of the state have been dealt with and it seems the southern parts near the PA/MD border were either handled or were nonexistent due to the destruction of Baltimore/DC and Philadelphia. I also think that NP handled several major raider groups in the northern part of the state, though given the lack of control in the SW part, I could easily see gangs still being active there.
