Atlantic Resolve ASB tags
I understand you're more lenient then most other admins in terms of plausibility so I assume Atlantic Resolve is an exceptional case. I assume the amount of territory Russia seized in Europe as well as being able to invade North America are the reasons behind this? Russian victory over NATO would also be ASB-biased even by itself? Experiment632 (talk) 05:03, January 1, 2019 (UTC)
Thanks. Yeah last time I tried to make changes to eliminate ASB tags, I ended up being so discouraged I deleted my timeline. Fortunately I obviously got over it and now realize that my AH just wouldn't work out as I imagined if I tried to avoid the tags.
The likely outcome for WW3 will be a Russian victory. However an alternate ending might describe a NATO victory; how do I tag such a page?
Any suggestions on how I can make my timeline more of an enjoyable read without compromising the events as I currently have them?
Off-topic - Wow that's a relief; when I opened your talk page, I saw that my post was the only one and thought I somehow accidentally vandalized your talk page. I calmed down of course once I realized you have your talk page categorized by year and I just happened to be the first one to post in 2019. Experiment632 (talk) 06:11, January 1, 2019 (UTC)
So World War III without nuclear escalation is pretty much destined to be marked as ASB and that in my timeline the U.S. would've launched a nuclear strike at the very outbreak of hostilities? Experiment632 (talk) 17:33, January 2, 2019 (UTC)
My apologies plus alternate communication
Yeah I serious apologize for my spamming. I realized that my questions could be seen essentially as advertising my alternate histories which is very bad wiki etiquette - not to mention spamming - to do so on a talk page with ignorance to that being no excuse. Hince my withdrawal of my questions.
Is there an alternative means of communications instead of the easily accessible talk page such as email? I assume as an admin you have access to my email so I won't need to post it in talk?
- Want me to merge together all Atlantic Resolve sections from this year into one and remove all unresolved posts next time I post on your talk page? Experiment632 (talk) 19:14, March 8, 2019 (UTC)
Hi Nuclear, could you please undelete this file? R1 is different from R2 as both show the results of different rounds of the same election. I just haven't gotten round to using R1 yet. Thanks. — THE TIM TAM IS MY SPIRIT ANIMAL (TSW • AH • MGW • Contribs) 23:14, January 6, 2019 (UTC)
Hi, just noticed you'd uploaded the Argentina-Uruguay flag I made for a Reddit thing ages ago, absolutely no problem, thanks for the compliment in fact. Have added a template for creative commons release under the licensing, hopefully did it right. Cheers, Frond.Frond Dishlock (talk) 00:45, January 7, 2019 (UTC)
Why have you deleted the stuff i made? It was the first time i wrote here and i was really proud of it.
Sorry, you did not delete them, but the links dont work anymore, why?
Atlantic Resolve - World War III and North Korea
I assume due to the global conflict between Russia and NATO, the likelihood of North Korea invading South Korea increases dramatically and could very well be inevitable? Experiment632 (talk) 18:57, January 12, 2019 (UTC)
Hi, hope you’re having a good day. I was just wondering why you deleted my image: File:Europe (German Heritage).png. Could you explain? Thanks for your time. AlthistWriter (talk) 17:26, January 14, 2019 (UTC)
Deleted Trending Articles
A bunch of articles that were deleted both recently and a while back are "trending" for some reason. Is there some way to put a stop to this rather confusing glitch? Experiment632 (talk) 17:47, January 14, 2019 (UTC)
Hi Nuke, sorry for bombarding your talk page. I was just wondering if I could have permission to rename images such as this one to a more correct title (such as Donatus, Landgrave of Hesse.jpg). I’ll obviously change the file on affected pages as well. I kinda think it will make finding specific images on the wiki easier. Cheers AlthistWriter (talk) 09:07, January 16, 2019 (UTC)
2016 U.S. Elections (Atlantic Resolve)
In light of America losing World War III, would a total elections be held so all three Senate classes, all House seats, all governorships, and the presidency are affected? Or should only the same offices as OTL elections (minus occupied states/counties) be involved in the elections? Which Third-Parties you see getting more votes then the Democrats? Experiment632 (talk) 17:19, January 17, 2019 (UTC)
Post-war Cascadia and Alaska (Atlantic Resolve)
How long would it probably take for the Russo-Northwest Occupational Government to convert into the Cascadian Federation and the Russian Protectorate of Alaska?
You think the RNOG would remain afterwards or more likely officially convert into a CSTO/SCO Multinational Force?
Vandal is back at it again
User:Eseseso is back at it again. Never gave this guy permission to write more 21st Century Crisis articles, he needs to go find his own timelines.
As a matter of fact, I just checked again, he's gone all out and began vandalizing my articles, again.
RA and Dougs Reply
Thanks for your nice and long message, it been a while old friend :). A good reply for me is long overdue.
I think adding the ethnic groups' category to the national template is a cleaner way to get the same general objective - that is making the ethnic group articles more accessible then what I proposed. I also like the flags you added to the ethnic template- they look really nice. The only other thing I might do about making the ancestral group articles more visible is replacing Wikipedia links of ethnic Russian articles to the articles here, but that is not a large issue.
I have wondered about the history of colonial British Columbia, and your findings certainly provide insight. Given Alexander II's policies, your ideas make sense, but the later reversal of these actions will certainly still result in later conflicts in the 1930s. I do like the idea of a soft Russian impact in the region because there would be a reasonable fear that the isolated land may be depopulated or gasp- left to the original natives if the English were not treated with some level of respect.
I think John McLoughlin should be in the Doug article, and perhaps he could even have his own article to go into the ahistorical situation.
I have some requests, I hope I am not asking too much haha.
I also wanted to ask if Leo Tosley could immigrate to Alaska, and be a symbol of Russian-Alaskan literature at this time, but it's highly speculatory. I continue to think more and more about a possible -Alaskan Culture article that will include all kinds of things like literature, architecture and music
I was also wondering if I could create a Black or African Alaskan article, (assuming they are about 1-3% of the population), with maps showing very long continental migrations.
Then I was thinking about getting around to writing about the 'Mongol Town' I mentioned before that might exist in Sonoma, as a distinct place to be put on the map.
To be honest, this could be dangerous as I keep thinking about more and more things I could do with your permission, I think I really like this timeline because of the parameters of writing about a country that didnt really exist at all in real life. There is just so much to illustrate here. It makes one wonder of what really definies- this place?
I appreciate that you approved of the cusine :). Little details like that, bring all of those paragraphs of historical description to life.
Could you please not delete templates I create? I want to try a new monarchy infobox template for my articles and I don't want to overwrite the old one as that would cause problems.
Don't delete my templates
I already asked you not to delete my templates and yet you did? I thought I already gave a clarification? You didn't even bother to reply to my message?!
I thought I already made it clear I don't want to use the old infobox as I'm creating a new one that would be more according to my preferences?
We already went over a similar issue once and though you urged me not to, you did acquiesce to my request that I could make infoboxes for my timelines.
Please, I already have plans for various other infoboxes. I don't see why you're being so adamant about this. This infobox will have a different appearance/look then the old one and both can co-exist.
I noticed you have replaced the old monarchy infobox with the one I wanted to create. Now all infoboxes on every monarchy page created before today on the entire wikia is messed up due to different parameters/data (possibly dozens/hundreds of pages). For example see: Empress of China
Also the infobox that I was busy making was transferred from Wikipedia, but due various wikia-related issues the infobox has various problems. For example: the infobox that is below 'incumbent' is aligned to the right instead of to the center, has a different color and a visible border, which makes the whole thing look bad. This is how the infobox looks like on Wikipedia , but because of various wikia related issues it is does not actually look like this on the wiki.
So what I'm supposed to do instead of creating infoboxes for my own preferences is copy-pasta over the old one? Which would result in dozens/hundreds of pages that use the old template being messed up?
I have provided you a handy image that lists all the things that need to be fixed. If it can't be done due to wikia limitations, I may already have a solution, but it's not the best one, so I suggest you attempt to fix the template as I don't know enough about scripting to do it myself.
Template:Infobox settlement issues
Greetings, I have come to report several issues that are currently applying to the above mentioned template that would need to be fixed as the template is locked and cannot be edited.
- The template is likely outdated and may be updated from Wikipedia
- The is an error in the template that requires fixing (see </td> </tr>)
- All links (like Population density, elevation,Time Zone) in the template should be removed (as this template was transferred from Wikipedia), as linking to Wikipedia is out-of-universe and immersion breaking when reading the timeline, also Wikipedia contains OTL information that may not apply to timelines
- Typing only the population density in square km's results in an error. (see the 'Expression error: Unrecognised punctuation character ' Also there is no way to make population density in square km come before the density in square miles.
- There may be other things I have not noticed
European Union (Atlantic Resolve)
Following the end of the Third World War, the Russians choose not to dissolve the European Union nor force occupied countries to leave the supranational common market. Instead the All-Russian Federation is using the EU to gradually obtain economic control over the entirety of Europe (minus Switzerland of course). Would the flag, anthem, and capital remain the same or are Russification changes to all three features more likely? Experiment632 (talk) 18:27, February 5, 2019 (UTC)
- Two "European Unions" is also another potential outcome of Russian control of half of the old European Union? Experiment632 (talk) 03:12, February 11, 2019 (UTC)
I apologize. I wasn't sure how to handle irrelevant posts made by third party users in the section. Just ignore them in the future and post around them? I also apologize for the numerous posts in Discord. I recommend you disregard everything there and we limit further correspondence to this talk page.
Yes I see your point. Pacific Northwest best as a client state as originally planned. Alaska and Fort Ross probably the absolute limit of territorial gains in North America? What's a good time period for Russia turning against the Cascadian Alt-Right Party and replacing them with a more stable regime not prone to human rights abuse? One year after the war, current live event, or early 2020's? Experiment632 (talk) 06:25, February 11, 2019 (UTC)
- Why would Russia even want to annex any part of the United States, let alone Fort Ross? By this point, both Alaska and FR have been effectively de-Russified and wouldn't even serve any valuable importance. If anything, it would make the most sense for Russia to keep "Cascadia" as a buffer state and client state.
- Other than that, I have absolutely no idea what to make of anything related to this timeline. Way out of my comfort zone. -- NuclearVacuum 00:03, February 12, 2019 (UTC)
Sorry. Yeah I agree; 150 plus years is definitely too long a time for Alaska to be returned officially to Russia. Only exception is the Aleutian Islands and Little Diomede Island as originally planned and only because they are isolated and sparsely populated. Fort Ross annexation was only done for propaganda reasons but I could just downgrade it to a lease agreement with Cascadia instead. Alaska shouldn't even be a separate client state but instead be a part of the Cascadia itself?
- Searched for Eurasian Economic Union flag as I consider using EAEU in my timeline and it appears that someone has gone broken it. Was it removed for violations of the rules, the upload somehow glitched, or is it just broken for me? https://althistory.wikia.com/wiki/File:Flag_of_the_Eurasian_Economic_Union.svg

I'm back. I've been thinking about the RAFL lately and I was wondering what might the teams look like (FYI I already sent a message on the Russian America talk page, so you could go take a gander at it)GR1995 (talk) 17:51, February 14, 2019 (UTC)
OTL events in Alt-History articles
When creating new articles with people and countries, is copy-pasting pre-POD events from Wikipedia allowed or will I have to write it up from scratch with rewording necessary to prove I didn't copy-paste? Experiment632 (talk) 20:58, February 16, 2019 (UTC)
- So if I write in OTL events, how much rewording and rearranging is necessary to prove beyond a shadow of doubt that I haven't committed the unpardonable sin of plagiarism?

Template:Infobox monarchy issues
I noticed that you made a lot of edits to Template:Infobox monarchy earlier this month, and those edits appear to have created some issues, as can be demonstrated here. I believe it's mainly because of the use of #invoke parser functions that don't work on Wikia, since it uses a highly outdated form of MediaWiki that the Wikimedia projects have long since moved on from; Wikimedia also now uses Lua modules, which is what #invoke functions are for.
However, I can't tell for sure, since I haven't been able to take the time to analyse every edit that you made to the template; I thought I'd bring this to your attention anyway, in case you aren't already aware about this.
Hello. The monarchy infobox seems to still not have been fixed. You should just copy the last version (actually I don't know which version, but one version of the template worked perfectly) of Template:TESTINGSTUFF (before it was deleted) to the monarchy infobox page as that template worked perfectly without any errors. I can't do it myself since I can't access deleted pages. Thanks!
Hi, a few months ago, I nominated Cromwell the Great as a featured timeline, (as seen here) and the absolute majority of users voted in favour of it being a featured timeline. The policy is that after two weeks (and a majority vote), it will be made a Featured Timeline. As I say, it’s been a few months and no activity has taken place. I was wondering if you could do something about it?
Assuming that it was a bot that sent the duplication message and not you, I'll just write this up here
Could you tell me where a list of usable files might be? I'd hate to get banned a week in for duplicating a file I had no idea existed. I tried searching, but I wouldn't have guessed a name like that. If you could givee me a link to a page like that (suggesting there is one) or could happen to supply me a file if I asked you to for a flag I need in order to stop a mess such as this. It is in my best interest to follow the rules and I sincerely apologize because of this. KoopaTroopa448 (talk)
Is the flag of this place a duplicated file? Just to be sure... I couldn't find it like Tierra del Fuego, but there was a Tierra del Fuego flag, but anyway is it? KoopaTroopa448 (talk) 20:35, March 1, 2019 (UTC)
Since you're the only admin I know, could you perhaps tell me how to upload this:
Hey, I was wondering what was wrong with the pictures i was adding. I could not find duplicates when I looked into them, and you kept messing with the layout of my pages such as textboxes. I keep having to fix them and have found no violation of the rules that I have made and would appreciate a response to what I can do to avoid further tampering with my page. Thanks LonnieH (talk) 00:29, March 9, 2019 (UTC)
