Victoria is a city located on Vancouver Island (not to be confused with adjacent Vancouver) in the province of British Columbia of Canada. It serves as the capital of British Columbia.

During World War III, Victoria was bombed by TU-95 Bears belonging to the Soviet Air Force. Royal Canadian Air Force CF-18s would intercept these bombers. However, a massive Soviet fleet soon set up a beachhead in the U.S. state of Washington and British Columbia. Vancouver Island was occupied by the Soviets as was with the cities of Victoria and Vancouver. Resistance continued in the form of Canadian soldiers and RCMPs that used Vancouver Island's forests to stage attacks. The province, as with the two cities were later liberated by a joint U.S.-Canadian force that expelled the Soviets out of the North American west coast.
