Videocard is a video format created by Sony. It was released on May 9, 2001 to replace the Titanium Video Disc. The format is like Musicard with the higher capacity big enough to fit a movie into the card. Like said format,the cards can only be read on dedicated players such as the Videocard MobilePlayer, various handheld consoles, or through a driver hooked up to a computer or television with Microsoft Media. It was extended to the Videocard HC in 2008 and Videocard XC in 2015.
The biggest selling Videocard release was Frozen(2013) with 905 million copies sold worldwide.
