–Vladimir Putin |
Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin (7 October 1952 - 22 December 1991) was a Russian actor and politician who ran to become Russia's first president in 1991.
Born in Omsk during the Russian Warlord Era, Putin joined the Omsk Armed Forces, culminating in the eventual unification of Russia in 1965. After being discharged the following year, Putin took up a career in acting, becoming a well renowned figure within the newly founded Russian Provisional State. After the fall of the German Reich in the Third World War, the provisional state was involved in continous conflict attempting to stabilize newly gained regions within Eastern Europe. By 1990, conflict had subsided, and elections were to be held. Putin seized opportunity and utilized his popularity to become an independent candidate in the 1991 general elections.
While campaigning in Smolensk, he was shot multiple times by [[TBD]], out of anger towards his staunch ideas to invade the Southern Russian Republic.
