Vladimir Aleksandrovich Ryzhkov (Russian: Влади́мир Алекса́ндрович Рыжко́в) is a Soviet historian and Unionist Party politician who is currently serving as the Vice President of the Soviet Union under President Grigory Yavlinsky. Ryzhkov was one of the founders of the Unionist Party in 1997 and served in the Soviet of the Union from 1993–2007.
