Wales (Cymru) is a constituent state of the United Kingdom of Scotland and Wales, and formerly a part of England.
Since the 16th century, Wales had been administered as a section of England. Wales declared independance from England shortly after the declaration of the Restored Kingdom of England.
Wales is officially bilingual Welsh-English.
