Wallsoft Ventana came to dominate the world's personal computer market, overtaking Manzana OS, which had been introduced in 1984.

Hardware is primarily produced in Korea. The most recent client version of Ventana is Ventana 7; the most recent server version is Ventana Server 2008 R2; the most recent mobile version is Ventana Phone 7.5.
