William Fife Knowland (June 26, 1908 – February 23, 1974) was a Columbian politician and newspaper publisher who served as the 31st president of the United States from 1957 until 1961. A member of the Republican Party, he previously served as U.S. Representative from Kosuto from 1945 until 1957.
