The Worker's Party of Indochina (WPI), also known as Labour, is a center-left political party in Indochina. It has been the largest and most dominant party in Indochinese politics since the country's founding in 1955. It has led 14 out of 16 federal cabinets of Indochina and is currently the largest party in the Federal Assembly, having won 63.3% of votes in the 2017 federal election, as well as in the Federal Senate.

The WPI is the legal successor of the Viet Minh, a pro-independence patriotic organization founded by Ho Chi Minh that fought against Japanese fascists and the French colonial forces in Indochina. Following the August Revolution of 1945, the Democratic Republic of Indochina was proclaimed by Ho Chi Minh, a general election was held nationwide, and Viet Minh joined the first coalition government of the country. After the French returned in 1946, Viet Minh became a militant group and fought against the French colonial army, eventually defeating the French in the Battle of Dien Bien Phu in 1954. The nationwide general election in 1955 was held by the United Nations to unify the country, resulting in a landslide victory for Ho Chi Minh and the Viet Minh, which has been renamed the Worker's Party of Indochina.

Between 1955 and 1980, the Worker's Party ruled Indochina under a virtually one-party system, consistently winning over 80% of the electorate. Since the death of its popular leader Ho Chi Minh in 1979 and the federalization of Indochina in the 1980s, the Worker's Party has loosened its grip on power and lost to the DPI opposition in the early 2000s. Despite this, the WPI remained Indochina's natural governing party, having controlled all presidencies and 14 out of 16 federal cabinets.

Its largest rival at the federal level is the Democratic Party (DPI), which was previously its satellite party within the Fatherland Front but broke away in 1992. The WPI is currently in a coalition with the Green Party.
